What is PCIT?

Parent Child Interaction Therapy is evidence-based, skills-focused treatment for children ages 2 to 7 with disruptive behaviors such as temper tantrums, defiance and aggression.

What is PSI?

PSI stands for Post Partum Support International.  This organization focuses on helping women who are pregnant, recently gave birth, struggling to get pregnant or experiencing loss during pregnancy.  They have a help line, links for free support groups, and emergency services.  They also have support groups for Dads.  It is the vision of PSI that every woman and family worldwide will have access to information, social support, and informed professional care to deal with mental health issues related to childbearing.

What is ADHD?

ADHD stands for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. It is a medical condition. A person with ADHD has differences in brain development and brain activity that affect attention, the ability to sit still, and self-control. ADHD can affect a child at school, at home, and in friendships.​
